For top-up problems, include the GCash reference number, amount, date, and your account email so we can check quickly.
Credits are how you pay for tools: 1 credit = ₱1. Each tool shows its price before you pay. Free tools don't use credits.
Go to Wallet, pick a load, send the exact amount to the GCash account shown there, and enter the reference number. Credits are added once the payment is verified.
Usually just a few minutes. If it has to be checked by hand, it can take up to 24 hours. You can see the status in your Wallet.
First check in your Wallet that the reference number you entered is correct. If it is and 24 hours have passed, message us with the reference number, amount, date and your account email.
Try again on the same page. For most tools you won't be charged again for the same job while the page is still open. If it still doesn't work, message us and we'll return the credits.
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
No. Photos, scans and documents are processed on your own phone or computer. We never see them.
Download the print file and print it at 100% or "Actual size". Don't use "Fit to page", which shrinks or enlarges the photo. Any print shop can print it.
No. They are acknowledgment receipts, quotations and billing statements. If you need a BIR official receipt or invoice, use your business's BIR-registered receipts.
