Terms of Use

PisoTools is a collection of online tools (ID photos, forms, resumes, receipts, scanner, tarpaulins and more). Some tools are free and some are paid with credits.

You sign in with your Google account. One account per person. You're responsible for everything done with your account.

If you are under 18, use PisoTools only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Credits are prepaid: 1 credit = ₱1. Each tool shows its price before you pay. We may change tool prices, but that never affects what you've already used.

Credits don't expire, can't be transferred to another account, and can't be exchanged for cash except in the cases in the Refund Policy.

Free credits (e.g. the new-account bonus) have no cash value. Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses isn't allowed.

Don't use PisoTools to make fake IDs, forged documents or fake receipts, or to deceive the government, employers, customers or anyone else.

Receipts from the Receipt Maker are not BIR official receipts or invoices.

No obscene, defamatory or illegal content (e.g. on tarpaulins or invitations), and no attempts to break, hack or abuse the site.

The content you enter and the files you create are yours. You're responsible for making sure the details are correct and true.

Our tools follow published requirements (e.g. ID photo sizes and government form layouts), but the agency or office decides whether to accept a document. Check their latest requirements.

The Sweldo Calculator, PH Holidays and other information are a guide only, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Follow official government announcements and your employer.

PisoTools is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but problems can happen. We may change, add or remove tools.

If we ever shut the service down, we'll give notice and a chance to use or get a refund for credits you bought and haven't used.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid PisoTools in the previous 3 months.

We may block accounts that break these rules, use fake payments, or abuse bonuses. Credits obtained through fraud won't be returned.

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
