Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This explains what information we collect, why, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
1. Information we collect
Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
Payments: amount, GCash reference number and sender name (if you enter it). We never see your GCash PIN, password or balance.
Usage: which tool you used and when, and your credit history.
Technical: IP address and device or browser type, for sign-in security.
2. What we don't collect
Photos, scans and documents you process in ID Photo, Scanner, Photo Resizer and other tools are never uploaded. They're processed on your own device.
Drafts (e.g. resumes, form profiles, receipts) are saved only in your device's browser, not on our servers.
When AI text tools are available, text you enter there is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to process your request.
3. How we use information
To run your account and credits, verify payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the tools using overall usage numbers.
We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising tracking.
4. Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting and visitor counts), Neon (database), Google (sign-in), Telegram (alerts to us about top-ups) and Sentry (error reports). Data may be stored or processed outside the Philippines (e.g. Singapore or the USA) under their security.
Visitor counts (Vercel Analytics) use no cookies and don't include your name or email. Error reports (Sentry) contain no names, emails, cookies or form contents.
The photo AI engine is downloaded from the jsDelivr CDN. No personal information is sent there.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Your browser's local storage holds drafts and the install prompt. No advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
While your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove or anonymize your personal information, but keep minimal payment records as long as needed for accounting and fraud prevention.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and object, to have your personal data erased or blocked, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

8. Security
The whole site uses HTTPS, admin access is limited, and sensitive keys are stored hashed. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
